Hooray! Hooray!!! Noah’s Arc: Jumping The Broom Premieres Today. I’m so excited! I can’t wait to see this movie. According to Patrick Ian Polk ( Producer/Creator/Writer of Noah’s Arc), tickets are sold out in Atlanta for today’s showing! That’s a great sign, this film is going to be a hit!
@ SexiSagi- I agree, Noah’s Arc should have more theatres showing it, just like Brokeback Mountain, its only matter of time when it happens!
I love 80′s Dance Pop music. Listening to Janet Jackson’s “Control” Album followed by Madonna’s single “Cherish” and some Paula Abdul brightens up my day. Now I have come across an 80′s Pop Duo from across the pond, Mel and Kim. If you don’t know, Mel and Kim (a.k.a. Melanie Appleby and Kim Appleby) was a sister-superstar pop duo in the U.K. during the late 80′s. They’re famous for their hit singles: “Respectable” , “F.L.M” and “Showing Out (Get Fresh At The Weekend)” off the debut album,F.L.M.. Sadly, Mel passed away in 1990 due of spine cancer, five years before she was also diagnosed with cancer and had a tumor removed from her liver. Kim had a successful solo career during the early 1990′s with her debut album, Kim Appleby.
