West End Gurl is a fictional story about a fictional charcter ( showing the over exgatterated life of being an NYU student). Amy lola, is a freshman at the very prestigious New York University. A small town girl from Delaware, she’s views NYU students for who they are, whether good or bad, rich or poor. Follow her as she parties with socialites, studies with the brains, and try to mistakenly bump into the Olsen twins & other celebs and maybe get an autograph or two, and do all of this while still trying to live life as a college student.

the good, the bad and the ugly

Although I’m not a big fan of Hip-Hop, I do like some of Jay-Z’s songs, especially his new one ” Show me what ya got” (as well as “Lost Ones”). Its has alot energy too it and its been able to be played on mainstream radio & hip-hop/R&B stations, everyone loves it. But I don’t get his beef with rapper Jim Jones. I don’t rappers “beefing” with each other. Mostly all of them are in their 30′s or pushin’ 40, dressing like 20 year olds and acting like 5 year olds. There are kids who look up to them more than their own parents, and i know that rappers (artists in general) don’t like to be the blame for kids actions b/c of their influence, but there comes a time when a person has to mature, and some of these rappers haven’t.
